Press Release - May 2010 Kirstin Blaise Lobato Files 758 Page Habeas Corpus Petition to Overturn 2006 Convictions

On March 24, 2010, Blaise's case was unanimously endorsed by the review board of the Association in Defence of the Wrongly Convicted (AIDWYC).

The Innocence Project in New York has accepted Blaise's case to pursue DNA testing of evidence that could identify Duran Bailey's murderer and prove her innocence.We remain confident that the American justice system will prove Blaise's innocence.
